Order
At RopaStore.com it’s easy to place orders and they will delivered to your door. When you have made a choice from our product range and added them to your shopping cart, it’s possible to continue shopping. If you finished shopping, click order and enter your address details and how you like to pay. All our prices are including VAT.

Placing orders
Ordering from RopaStore.com described in a few simple steps below.

Create a account
To order by RopaStore.com you need an account. Go to 'Login' at the top on the right of the page. Click at 'register'. Here you need to enter your profile information.

Step 1
Select 'Order' at the product you want to buy, make sure the content is correct. Now you will see a summary of your shopping cart. Here it’s possible to edit the quantity on each products you want to receive.

Step 2
On the summary of your shopping cart page it’s possible to add discount codes if you have one. You have to enter your discount code at the “discount code” field and then you have to select 'Use discount code'. When you are ready to checkout click on the 'Checkout' button.

Step 3
You are now on the 'Checkout' page where you can choose between 'Send to this address' or 'Send to another address', make your choice and click 'Continue'.

Step 4
Select a shipping method and click 'Continue'.

Step 5
Choose a payment method and follow the steps of the payment system that you have chosen. Check your order, if it’s correct you can click on 'Place Order'. The message 'Thank you for your order/ payment' will appear. You will receive an e-mail confirming about your order with the details of your order and a link to track progress.

My Account
Here you will find your recent order(s) and the ability to view your account information and adapt. You can change your information (including address, email address and password), in your account. You can also specify here several billing and shipping addresses.

Cancel a order
You can cancel your order if you send, as soon as possible after you ordered, an e-mail to our Customer Service. Go to 'Contact' and send an e-mail. If the order is shipped, we can’t cancel the order. Returns are not possible since it is feed/ supplements.

Five or more pieces of the same article
Would you like to place an order of 5 or more pieces of the same product? Then you can get an attractive discount in many cases. Go to 'Contact Us' to fill out the contact form and ask if there are discounts available. You will get an answer as soon as possible of Customer Service.

With your Visa, MasterCard or American Express, you can checkout safe and easy online purchases. You will need your credit card number, the expiry date of the card and the exact name as it is written to fill in on the map. In addition, there are increasingly more asked to Secure code. This is a personal code that you need to fill in as additional verification (Visa, MasterCard and American Express). You can get your credit card information through our secure SSL procedure safely and we will make sure, together with your credit card company, for proper handling.
